Description
This coffee is grown in Panama and is processed and dried in the Boquete region in the village of Alto Kill. It grows at an altitude of 1670-1950 meters on the Elida farm owned by the Lamastos family, and is a Catuai breed. This coffee is characterized by a medium body and notes of Fig, Guava and Apricot, with Balanced Acidity and High Sweetness. We roasted it for you at a medium degree to suit filter and espresso.
