Description
This crop comes to you from the green mountainous terraces of Yemen, which reach a height of 1800 meters above sea level, where the village of Hawar is located in the Al-Qafar District, which has a long history of producing coffee beans and depends on irrigation through rain water, as is the custom of farmers in Yemen.
The crop is descended from the Tebeka strain of several types of green, apple and aden. It is characterized by complex and unusual characteristics and overtones. Its sweet aroma tends to notes of caramel, berries and spices, especially cinnamon and dried figs.
