Extraction is preferably at 92°C, in a quantity of 35-37 ml (time taken from 29 to 35 seconds).
We recommend using this method to prepare filter drinks:
20 grams of coffee, 300 ml of water at 90°C
- First batch: Moisturize 45 ml (wait 35-40 seconds)
- Second batch: Continue pouring to 120 ml (wait 15-20 seconds)
- Third batch: Continue pouring to 220 ml (wait 15-20 seconds)
Final batch: Continue pouring to 300 ml (wait for 3 minutes)
