Ethiopia Guji Shakiso Hoqata Reserve is a prized Natural-processed filter coffee from the Hoqata farm in the Shakiso district of Guji, Ethiopia produced by Nardos Coffee. Crafted from indigenous Heirloom varieties and roasted extra light to honour the terroir, this reserve lot delivers a refined and tea-like cup with the delicate elegance of Black Tea, the gentle sweetness of Brown Sugar, the bright fruitiness of Nectarine, and a deep, dried-fruit finish of Prune.
